The room (1st floor on the back of the building) was small. It didn't fit to open two large suitcases. It would be useful to put a mosquito net because it was impossible to open the window during the night. I have asthma and can't sleep with air-conditioning. The area is loud at night (we had to use earplugs) and it's difficult to park although we were relatively lucky. The establishment provides no parking, and the two parkings nearby are usually full.

Well decorated, included all amenities (proper hairdryer, iron, beach towels, counter to work, coffee machine, A/C, Netflix TV) clean. Dimitra is a very kind host, professional and welcoming. From all the five establishments we visited in Crete Dimitra was by far the best receptionist. At least one star is dedicated to her. Comfortable spacious bed with soft pillows.

The odd loud moped going past outside quite late at night, but this is obviously outside their control.

Fantastic location within minutes of restaurants and the harbour. The old town is also really close and the beach around 15 minutes away. I was welcomed by staff and provided with additional things I needed (an iron and beach towel).

We felt at home immediately with the kindest host Dimitra. She helped us with any question we had. Such a sweet person. Best host I ever met. The apartment is really great ! Sea view ! Many thanks to Lola, who cleaned the room every day. Just fantastic ! Practical with the kitchen. A grocery store just around the corner. Within a few minutes you are in the city centre. Many good addresses to have lunch and dinner. Ethos Suite is a great, safe place within a busy, lively city ! Chania is just gorgeous 🤩

The location was very convenient, the rooms were modern, clean and had everything you needed. We had a beautiful view of the harbour from our window. Upon arrival, we were given many recommendations regarding restaurants, cafes and attractions to see and at the end of our stay they offered to store our luggage until it was time for us to leave for the airport.

Absolutely everything, location, comfort facilities and the staff all exceptional. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with five star furnishings. The bed mattress is amazing. Would I recommend. Yes 100% you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be revisiting and cannot recommend enough.

Very compact suite made it a little challenging to maneuver around the kitchen area.

The decor was fabulous! Supplies thoothpate and tooth brush. Great mattress.Easy access to the old port and harbour with restaurants and bars. Helpful, accommodating and polite people.

Some traffic noise at night eg motorbikes revving up the hill, but we live in a very quiet area normally, so are sensitive to noise. In hindsight, we probably wouldn't have taken the breakfast option, as it's a fixed menu and I'm gluten free, but the omelette with salad was very nice. And it would probably work for most people - choice of fruit or yoghurt, bread, and egg options

A lovely small, modern design hotel, very close to restaurants, shops, sea, local historic sites. Dimitra was an outstanding host, in terms of ensuring we had a good stay, e.g. recommending and booking restaurants for us, and suggesting areas to visit for day trips. Nice view as per website. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant on the edge of the old harbour.

The property is very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. The host was so lovely and accommodating with very fast replies if we needed anything. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the harbour for lots of restaurants with gorgeous food! Thank you so much for our stay, we would be sure to stay here again should be return to Chania and will be recommending this place to family and friends 😊

Great location in a beautifully renovated building. Dimitra was great and helped us with advice on things to do and see and restaurants. You are within walking distance of everything but it’s not noisy. The room we booked was on the first floor and there is no lift so just be aware of that. Our room was bijou but the space was so well utilised and we had everything we needed. Great shower and WiFi. Bed was so comfortable I always slept well. We had a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Excellent location in the heart of the center. The design of the room is so stylish and modern. Very clean . We really appreciate the hosting of this hotel, they help us with anything we need. Like it all, no elevator so if on top level there are quite a few steps. Not a problem for us , but if limited in mobility request lower floor.
