Positive section of review
Well located. Easy walk to Union Station and Eaton Centre. Hotel served a delicious classic eggs Benedict in their cafe. There was a breakfast deal available at check in. Lobby was beautifully decorated and a cool place to hang out. Our room had recently been redecorated and was very comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious, atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, owners were very personable and proximity to places to go was perfect. If we were to go back to Montreal, we would definitely consider going back there!

No breakfast and no ability to even cook breakfast. NOT a "fully equipped kitchen" Only good thing was comfortable bed

Items to cook with rather that aluminum take out containers that would prove toxic if used. No items to cook with or coffee maker. "Non smoking facility" with cigarette butts in entry. No smoke detector!! Uncooperative and nasty owner who did not address our concerns

The room was dirty, the toilet wasn't able to flush. The bedding was stained. The floors were not clean it hadn't been dusted for years. The shower had no water during peak times. We spoke with the manager and asked for compensation she refused. Overall totally dissatisfied.
