There were some run down areas, the pool was questionable- but overall it was a good stay

The A/C unit was very noisy and we shut it off through the night.

Great location with a nice walk to the river. The staff was great and helpful. The room was very good and the breakfast was well managed and tasty.

Clean .comfortable .good breakfast... Front desk staff went out of his way to help us with getting some local food ordered..our French..not so good..he let us use the dining room to eat and was nice to our dog....the hotel is a bit dated but well kept..the breakfast staff lady was also very nice.

I less liked the sound of the front door , main, which was under our room.

I loved the breakfast, a wide variety of products and excellent service in addition to the cleanliness of the facilities. The pool was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and answered our questions very well.

The staff was nice, the pool was tempered so really nice been able too spend long time in the pool without getting cold. The breakfast in the morning is amazing plenty of choices and the waffles maker machine was a plus!

The facilities are definitely dated. It could use an update or refresh, but everything works fine and is clean so it’s not a big deal. It was a bit expensive for what it is especially compared to staying in New Brunswick, but cheaper than Montreal or Quebec.

The room was a good size, the shower and bath were nice, the beds were comfortable enough. It was convenient to have free breakfast, which was decent quality (and hot). There’s a St-Hubert right across the street. I don’t have kids, but the playground and pool seem great for people with children. Checking in and out was extremely quick and easy.

Hard to see the entrance from main road in the evening. Would have liked to see a sign for back parking lot.

The freezer was quite dirty. Otherwise, great!

The staff greeted me right away and even knew who I was (asked about my trip and such). Very good staff throughout the hotel. The room was very nice, a small but well kept and well equipped room. The fridge and freezer were good and the shower and bathroom very clean. Comfy bed! Conveniently located off the highway 40. It would have been a nice place to stay longer, I'd like to come back to the hotel and area to explore!

The bathroom sink drained VERY slowly and the electrical outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. Front desk was eager to get the issues resolved immediately but we were only there for 1 night and it was a weekend, I told them not to worry - just wanted them to know so they could have remedied for future guests. I'm sure they had the problems resolved shortly after we checked out.

Staff were all bilingual and very good to deal with. They were eager to deal with any concerns. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical but better than many we've stayed at over time.
