We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is old and has its own particular charm. I chose this place because of the value and for the convenience of being in a central location. It is within walking distance to many major attractions, currency exchange, and public transportation. The room itself was comfortable enough. I didn't spend much time in the room. It was clean and served as a good home base while spending my days and evenings out exploring the city. The staff, from the desk staff to the cleaning staff, were all very kind and helpful. Though there was a bit of a language barrier, they were all more than patient any time I needed them for anything.

The advantage of this hotel is its location in the city center, close to public transport, a supermarket and restaurants. Our room was spacious, furnished in a retro style. Perfect cleaning every day.

This is the third time over the years that we have stayed at the hotel, It is located on Calle Carlos Pelligrini, parallel to 9 de Julio and about a block and a half from Avenida de Mayo. It is close to the metro and there are restaurants neasby. Lots of historic buildings, a short walk to either the Conress and the Casa Rosada. Roberto is one of 2 people on the front desk on the day trip and was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was a delight and leaves a good impression with travellers.

SloveniaA bit dated and could use some renovation. Staff spoke mostly Spanish, but we managed to communicate with my broken Spanish. Hotel is very popular, and the reception area most of the time was full with people.
Great location on the main avenue in the heart of Buenos Aires. Tourist attractions, shops and places to eat nearby. Good value for money. For a surcharge we could stay in the room longer. Free water in the lobby. We stayed at this property twice. The second room was more expensive, but much nicer with amazing view. I would say it was worth paying 10 € more for the better room.

BrazilThe staffs, I needed they to clean my room, because me and my fiancée got food poisoned. So we were in no condition to clean it ourselves, they refused to clean and brought the cleaning equipments for us to it our own, so we did it and then we went to the hospital because the strength we had to make to clean made us feel even worse.
