Around 6 km from ADO International Bus Station, the property is also 6 km away from Disabled-friendly beach and offers free WiFi. The resort has a restaurant, and Kool Beach Club is 7 km away. Xcaret deserves a 10/10 because this place really is something else. The people working there are incredibly kind. The premises are spotless and what you see on most pictures is really what you get ! The hotel has many pools and caletas along the river that surrounds it where it really is enjoyable for the kids to swim. The food in all restaurants was very good. The room was very nice. All activities were well organized by a concierge. There are buses to take you to the various parks included in the price.

The El Meco Mayan Ruins is 7 miles from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, fresh food, big variety for any taste. The area of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The beach is exceptional with white sand and beautiful turquoise water.

The accommodation offers a children's playground. The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at this 5-star resort. The staff was amazing and made our experience that much better. Special thank to our Concierge Alejandro! Good food althrough out the trip but the breakfast buffey definitely stood out.

It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.

Its privileged location between the sea and the jungle allows guests to relax and reconnect with nature. This hotel exceeded our expectations. All is perfect. Location - very quiet area, near to jungles and has nothing to do with Playa del Carmen crowds. Beach and facilities just amazing. The day is full of healing (yoga, meditations, etc.) activities - which is amazing spiritual experience. The staff and service 100 percent, very attentive. Everything there is created to feel you max relaxed. Many healty food options, smoothies, juice and so on. Simply perfect!

Hyatt Ziva pleasantly surprised us, with an entire village of restaurants, shops, candy/dessert shop, cafe, swimming pools and dolphins! Our butlers Alessandra and Eladio were beyond amazing and took care of all of our needs. It was a splurge but I would do it again. The food at the Moongate (asian) and the Tradewinds (steak) was of excellent quality. the rooftop pool at Punta Vista was also amazing.

There is a water park on site and guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar. Cancun Government Palace is 4.3 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. We really liked the character and location. Safe community with easy walk (or bus ride - we took the bus on the way to and just walk back from) to the ferry terminal to Isla de Mujeres. Even more easy walk (like 7 minutes) to El Meco ruins (unfortunately El Meco was closed until May 2024).
