For our first trip to Egypt and Hurghada we didn’t really know what to expect, I booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor’s reviews ( tip : stick with review from people who had already many reviews on different properties don’t listen to a one off review), everybody said it’s the place to stay if you plan a trip to Hurghada and honestly it is. Being used to the comfort and highly quality service of properties in Dubai, our expectations are always set quite high when it comes to services and cleanliness, we landed in Hurghada around 3 AM (we chose to stop in Istanbul to have a direct flight to Hurghada with TK) our taxi was already waiting for us (booked through booking for around 6$ way chipper than the dodgy local taxis ) arrived at the hotel 10 mn later as the hotel is pretty close to the airport which is very convenient. The hotel manager had already sent us an email to make sure everything was arranged as I requested some special settings in our room for my wife’s birthday and indeed everything was arranged they even offered us to have some snacks as we had a long trip. Checked in , the room is just huge (we had a deluxe room with sea view, more like a side sea view but it’s the same for all the similar room in this hotel). Room super clean, the bed and the pillows were very comfy and most important the hotel was so quiet. As an adult only the hotel was busy but not crowded and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was top notch, always asking what can be done to make our stay perfect, we used to receive a call to our room every other day asking if everything’s ok or do we have any special request. The hotel got 4 restaurants: main buffet downstairs used for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a seafood /Arabic restaurant upstairs (just above the buffet one ) was our favorite as it everyday has a large choice of fish, seafood, fresh pasta and so on.

Pickalbatros Oasis Port Ghalib tem uma piscina exterior, centro de fitness, um jardim e restaurante em Port Ghalib. Apresentando serviço de quartos, este alojamento também dispõe de parque aquático. I like everything. The waiting staff at all the restaurants were amazing, friendly, and very hospitable. The food was great. We also enjoyed the aqua park too apart from the other swimming pools. I wish I could stay longer!

Everything, from the lovely and attentive staff to the amazing breakfast, the great choice of restaurants and its amazing food, the comfortable rooms, the great beach, the live music in the evenings, has exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are impeccable, from the garden to the pool, to the beach. All hotel areas are well sought after and cared for.

Localizado em Hurghada, na região do Mar Vermelho, a 15 km da Nova Marina, o Titanic Palace disponibiliza uma piscina exterior aberta todo o ano e vistas da piscina. Gostei de tudo, principalmente a simpatia e preocupação pelo nosso bem estar que os funcionários demostraram durante a nossa estadia. O meu muito obrigado a todos principalmente ao Mohamed Abu Elmagd que foi incansável durante o tempo que estivemos no hotel. Todo o espaço está muito bem organizado e limpo e é perfeito para relaxar e descansar. Voltarei de certeza.

O Pickalbatros White Beach Resort - Hurghada está localizado em frente ao mar com praia privada e disponibiliza uma piscina exterior, um parque infantil e um terraço. Já é nossa segunda vez nesse hotel e sempre nos impressionamos com tanta beleza, conforto e simpatia de todos. Quartos bastante confortáveis, excelente localização, comida maravilhosa e com enorme variedade e funcionários simpáticos e solícitos.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

We like everything about the hotel and the staff was very helpful and specially mr. Mohammad anwar in reception department he was very professional and very helpful.

Overall, this hotel provided the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay .
