Well I am not sure where to start...this was the most luxurious resort we have ever been to and with the best mountain views including Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The resort is brand new, opened last year and all the amenities are in pristine condition including the jacoozi, Himalayan salt sauna, gym, infinity pool, etc. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, being vegetarian, there were ample options in the buffet breakfast and also for lunch and dinner. The hotel manager John is amazing along with all the hotel staff. They gave so much love to the baby and went beyond to make our stay wonderful. Really enjoyed the amenities specially the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool. The resort location is the best with cable car station for Vietnam's highest mountain just outside the resort. And also to visit the glass bridge, heavens gate, waterfalls, etc. This was the best decision especially considering the price we paid for such luxury. Would highly recommend their mountain view room with balcony! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Will definitely visit again.

It is an amazing hotel, fully luxurious. The staff is very very friendly, spa was awsome and very professional. Breakfast was 10/10. Had everything, tasty and clean.

La vue n’a pas de mots. c’est magnifique. La chambre était original et avait tout le nécessaire. Si on a froid, des couvertures chauffantes sont dans le lit. On ne peut pas avoir froid. Le personnel est adorable Le restaurant à disposition fait des plats très bon Nous avons fait le trekking avec l’hôtel. La guide était super et très drôle

The views, the cottage and the friendly staff. The gym and pool were good too, and I also particularly enjoyed the Spa.
