Well I am not sure where to start...this was the most luxurious resort we have ever been to and with the best mountain views including Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The resort is brand new, opened last year and all the amenities are in pristine condition including the jacoozi, Himalayan salt sauna, gym, infinity pool, etc. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, being vegetarian, there were ample options in the buffet breakfast and also for lunch and dinner. The hotel manager John is amazing along with all the hotel staff. They gave so much love to the baby and went beyond to make our stay wonderful. Really enjoyed the amenities specially the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool. The resort location is the best with cable car station for Vietnam's highest mountain just outside the resort. And also to visit the glass bridge, heavens gate, waterfalls, etc. This was the best decision especially considering the price we paid for such luxury. Would highly recommend their mountain view room with balcony! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Will definitely visit again.

We were warmly greeted by Mr. Nam who made sure at all times to keep us comfortable, cozy updated. Such a kind soul, booked us tours and made our little one smile often. The location is simply fantastic. Our room had a wonderful view to the green scenery, rice crops, and the villages surrounding. Our chalet was spacious and the bed very very comfy. About 20 min drive from sapa town, just perfectly away from all the chaotic noise from the city. The hotel arranged our a driver all times we needed to get to the city. The restaurant food was a bit pricey but super delicious! 👌 We had a perfect stay at Eco Palms and highly recommend this. I would absolutely return there when coming to Sapa!

Excellent stay for 3 nights. Staff is friendly and welcoming, even though they had limited staff the service was great. Vegetarian food at the restaurant was excellent & so were the desserts (apple tart, Choco lava cake or something like that). Rooms are cute and we had the garden view on one side, lake & mountain view right outside our door. Location is fantastic, very close to the lake and the town centre. The resort is on a small hill but they do offer free buggy service to and fro from the main street. We used the spa service (head massage, foot massage, herbal bath) multiple times and that was so relaxing. They have a cute cafe outside the spa and a great outdoor seating area to enjoy your coffee. Nothing to complain about with this place, they accommodated a late checkout too. The resort is now called BB resort & spa (dont confuse with BB hotel which is a different property) but they haven't rebranded in most places yet. Taxis and locals know it as Victoria.

The whole facility is lovely, everything made of wood and stones, I loved it! The room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious, we had baguette with eggs and fresh fruits. The location is nice as well - you can walk through the villafes in the valley and there is a nice café nearby. It is close to the road but very calm. The host family was very kind and ordered a taxi for us to get to Sapa.

It’s a beautiful series of quaint comfortable bungalows with balconies that overlook the valley at about cloud level. Wonderful pool.. wonderful staff
