The staff was kind and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. I personally used the beautiful swimming pool every morning before breakfast. The lanterns around the hotel were also a nice touch, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Eric, which was eager to assist us and catered to our needs. For instance he offered to buy the Memory Show tickets on our behalf before we got the chance to exchange the currency. His sense of service is truly exceptional and his genuine politeness and availability made our stay at this hotel a very memorable experience. Thanks also go to Greenie, who has readily arranged our pickup from the airport and at our departure, and pumped the flat tyres of the bicycles for us. Should there be a return back to Hoi An in the future, Blooms Boutique will still be our choice.

Very well located and very friendly and helpful staff (especially Thuy at the reception). The hotel provided free bicycles and shuttle buses to Hoi An. Would 100% recommend! We even extended our stay.

Great location, close to the center of the old quarter but still not too busy and quiet. The rooms are big, the beds are large and comfortable, and everything is very clean. The staff are very professional and very friendly. The pool is nice and fun and we’ve even taken advantage of the gym for a few workouts.

This beautiful traditional inspired new hotel is a peaceful oasis, and always a pleasure to relax at and come back to after a day of tours and shopping .The entire team works so hard to engage with you and make sure your holiday is going fantastic. The rooms are large and well furnished. The pool is absolutely lovely day or night. Wonderful breakfast is served every morning to suit all tastes ,you can eat inside or out and the selection is impressive. The hotel organizes, free shuttles, back-and-forth from town and the beach, which is a real bonus, best value place we have stayed in six weeks of travel, through Thailand and Vietnam. The whole team is fantastic with a special thanks to Ty’ , My, & Tracy for their good humor, and fantastic information on the area. We will be back.

The best place to stay while visiting Hoi An. First of all - the staff is just amazing! They all are so kind and sweet. They call you by your name and it made me feel like home. And the ambience - I felt like im in a movie! Every detail in the resort has been thought through. And the room is just so pretty. If you really want to relax, this is the place you need to go. Every morning, except Saturday they offer free Qigong practise plus DIY classes during the day. So if you want to relax your body and mind - Moodhoian is the best place to regain your balance.

Location was convenient and quiet, room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom and toiletries were luxurious. Minibar was well stocked and complimentary. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay! Breakfast was one of the best on our extended trip through Asia—very fresh, fabulous selection of western, Vietnamese, and Asian specialties. You must try the delicious salt coffee! Pool area was beautiful and we loved the view across the river and to the old town and lanterns in the evening.

We loved our stay here. It was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The staff (esp. Lam) were amazing. The resort is very peaceful. They offer a shuttle to the old town several times a day. The food was great.
