Manager was super nice and honestly every single staff were so nice. Best vacation we’ve spent and everything was so clean. Enjoy the private pool and their beach was just breathtaking.

La struttura si inserisce armonicamente nel paesaggio ed è dotata di giardini rigogliosi e molto ben curati. Gli spazi e gli ambienti sono ampi e funzionali, con un allestimento molto funzionale ed arredi comodi ed eleganti. Il buffet della colazione è ricco e di qualità eccellente, con la preparazione di piatti vietnamiti e internazionali sul momento. I ristoranti sono tutti di ottima qualità e il Beach club si distingue per la cortesia e la professionalità del personale. La spiaggia attrezzata è un’oasi di pace, mentre le stupende piscine sono ideali per le famiglie con bambini.

Piscina vista mare Colazione eccezionale con prodotti freschi e genuini, per esempio le uova sono fresche della loro fattoria nel resort. Ristorante ottimo. Stanze grandi, luminose e pulitissime. Il direttore è una persona squisita che ci ha accolti e allietati nel corso del soggiorno facendoci sentire a casa La colazione e’ sempre disponibile anche fuori dagli orari standard presso il ristorante Breeze. Eccellente. Campo da tennis disponibile, gratuito con racchette nuove di qualità e frigo con acqua fresca. Servizio spa di ottima qualità Spiaggia pulitissima con servizio bagnino. Musica costante ambient, ottima per rilassarsi a bordo piscina. Spostamento all interno del resort con golf cart sempre disponibili. Late check out disponibile e/o possibilità di disporre di una stanza attesa relax con cibo e bevande incluso, tutto gratuito. Dato il nostro arrivo al primo mattino ci hanno consegnato una camera alle 10:00 del mattino con early check-in , senza preavviso. Eccellenti!

Excellent customer service, including: professional manner, friendliness, and brilliant rapport and communication skills. With thanks especially to: - Susan (General Manager), who took a genuine interest in us. Her positive presence was especially noticeable compared to managers at other premium hotels in the same area. - Nhan (reception), whom we enjoyed speaking with. He brought a smile to our days. - Leo (reception), who was helpful in supporting us to retrieve items accidentally left at a nearby resort. - Kim (Nurse). - Kim (spa manager). Also: - brilliant breakfast, including quality of the food, drinks and service. - beautiful site. It was clear a lot of care, time and hard work was taken to create and maintain such beautiful scenery.

The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had a medical emergency on (a very late) arrival and they were super helpful getting us to a hospital, and checking up on us to make sure all was OK the next morning. For the whole week there, the staff were 1st class. The facilities are also amazing, especially for families.

I absolutely loved everything. The staff are the best in the world, i will actually even miss them after i leave. The bed and room was so comfortable. Food was delicious. Massage was the best ever. Swimming pools were great. Also jetski was great fun. Sea water is warm. There were constant nuggets transport available to get around the resort. It was my best holiday so far. Thank you to all the amazing staff.
