Most of the staff were naturally friendly. Breakfast were.not as lavish as that of a luxury hotel in a big city, but more than adequate. The daily spa treatments provided once a day were also suitable for relaxing. Additionally, during our 5-night stay, we were able to receive butler service at the resort. Absolutely incredible!!! We were a couple visiting for 1 night/ day only and oh my was it a paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. We visited while it wasn’t super busy (off peak season I think) so it was quite peaceful. The staff are exceptional, we were soo impressed at how well maintained the staff keep their facilities, landscaping, pools - everything was pristine. Would love to come back here for a honeymoon!!! Also fabulous food options We just booked the standard room - and it was jaw dropping, exactly as pictured! We spent majority of the time by the pool or restaurants so didn’t feel the need to upgrade to the villa

The service was amazing. We had a minor issue with our room upon arrival (some fool had smoked under the room). The staff then went out of there way to find another room, not only did they do that but upgraded us. Travel with 2 young children’s not always easy but this resort certainly caters for all ages, kids enjoyed the various activities provided. Having a water park was just an added bonus. Food at buffet lunch and dinner simply fabulous.
