The room was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. I am border diabetic and had medication that needed to be kept cold. I informed the staff of this at the main desk and they provided me with a small refrigerator to keep it cold. I appreciated this VERY MUCH!

When I got to the hotel, I requested a room with patio doors leading out to the pad area as I was travelling with two pets. I was accommodated. Love the pet area.

This is a fully contained resort. Everything we needed was right there! The pool has these amazing loungers and a bar. There is also a beach with sand! The little food court would work in a pinch but we wanted fine dining so skipped it. I can't wait to get back and lounge with a pina colada. The room was large, clean, and quiet

The river view room was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the ice machine. The food restaurants were convenient and easy to order food.
