We loved our comfortable room and the amenities. The little touches were very thoughtful. The location is great - very quiet but close the the action! The rooftop pool and happy hour were outstanding!

Location is the best to see sunset and very convenient. Due to flight cancellation, we asked for change one day later for check in and check out in booking.com.although we had not got reply, hotel meet our requirement when we arrival.

Ideally set on a private beach in Key West's Old Town, Pier House Resort & Spa offers a full-service spa, instant beach access, and on-site dining.

The staff was friendly, the accommodation comfortable (especially the beds!), secured parking and a central location. The pool and the surrounding area looked tempting, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. We are sure that the view from the hotel is beautiful when the sun sets, but we still went a few steps to the pier.

Ocean Key will be renovating our guestrooms and suites from August 1st to October 31st, 2023. Guestrooms and suites will still be available in our Mallory Square facing building.
