Everything .. the location in relation to theme park, the water park, the dolphin show, the attention to details, the focus on children, the focus on adults as well, I loved the little detail that staff are very polite and not hinting for tips all the time, the room cleaning service, the resteurant is also great .. the breakfast is as described by other reviwers (amazing) the waiters are very polite and choices are endless .. the kids activities are also very nice, the clowns shows are almost daily and very creative.. The front desk staff were great; Special mention to Fatiha for her great communication skills and extreme politeness and her efforts to make our stay extra special. The dolphin show, and Nemo resturant are a must. The italian resteurant is good also. The wifi is great in the hotel with great speed. Water games are amazing with great variability to all ages.

The food at the Olive restaurant is exquisite, every day a different theme. Macaron Patisserie and Nazar are a must-try as well. The kiosks by the beach, the à la carte restaurants... plenty of options. The pools and the slides will keep your kids active and happy as you sunbath or swim right next to them. The chuckles kids club will have your stamp of approval as soon as you step in (specially if you're over cautious like us) safe place with smiley helpful monitors and amazing management reception giving you the full overview of everything you need to know even before you ask, Darina you're a star! My kid had the time of his life! he made friends as well. The team was super nice and they sent me photos throughout the day too. the activities are diversified keeping the kids happy to return the second day and giving the parents a free day or 2 to relax as well, they stay until midnight. The events take place at 20:45 (for the kids - if they are at chuckles they come and go with the club until you pick them up) and the second one which is a must that you don't miss a night at 21:45! during our 4 nights stay we attended the Wonderland, Shaman, Latino Party (by the beach!!), and Flirt. I can't even decide which was the best of them, this is how all of them was amazingly prepared, a top notch entertainment. The live music by the green bar terrace offers such a lively way to end the night, or you can head to the palm beach club for the midnight Dj performances. Reception: If it's your first time, the lobby will mesmarize you! then comes the flowers bouquet, the champagne, the strawberry dipped chocolates! and the super helpful Onur! Onur went above and beyond to assist us with his never ending positive energy!

It was also nice that they restock the mini bar in your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop cafe with drinks and snacks daily was nice as well. The zoo is a nice addition to the resort. The baggage wrap was a very cool initiative from the hotel. Thanks to custome relations (i think maria) for helping me book a round of golf.

I take my family annually to enroll inclusive resort near Belek  This time I was extremely unlucky the hotel is very old the facilities are not great. The rooms AirConditioner was not working. We had to ask for a different room, although there was no problem switching the room but at the time we were switching rooms there was a painter painting inside our new room with a working AC. .
