The hotel exceeded all our expectations. It's a huge green territory. The villas are covered in greenery and flowers. There was a swimming pool next to our apartment. There are many different pools on the territory with bars and sun loungers. The room is spacious with a garden zone, a huge bath + a shower. Large terrace with seating area. Breakfast in the restaurant with stunning views. Lots of different food, fruit, and pastries at breakfast.The food in the hotel restaurants is more European. The hotel has a gym and offers yoga classes. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.

Everything was amazing during our stay. Staff was great, the rooftop pool is very nice, overall the hotel has a nice vibe and is very quiet (apart from the cicadas). Rooms are big and the beds very comfy. The food at Saneha restaurant was the best that we had in Karon, the cocktails as well, breakfast also delicious.

There are also 5 outdoor swimming pools surrounding lagoons and palm trees, a two-leveled water slide and a kids club with a trampoline and a large pillarless Grand Ballroom. Eforea Spa boasts 15 private wooden villas and a beauty salon.

Hilton Phuket Arcadia is located in a huge beautiful park with peacocks, fishes and big trees. Stuff is very professional and helpful, actually it was the best management we experienced in Thailand. Hotel isn’t new but very good maintained. Beautiful view from the sea view rooms. Good facilities for sport activities. Room service was really good, it was fast, delicious and good value for money for that quality. Housekeeping service was just excellent. Surprisingly good cosmetic in the bathroom. Good breakfast with wide choice of everything you need. We had a dinner in Thai Thai restaurant and it was very good. Next to the hotel ( left side) you can find a good cafe “Hungry corner” with good local food, friendly service and low prices, we went there for lunch. Karon beach is the best for those who like swimming.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Happy kid 》Happy wife = Happy trip! The breakfast was impeccable however we expected a bit more from the dinner buffet for the price we've paid. Still, a great atmosphere with live music. Definitely would come back!
