For a weekend stay the apartment was perfect and I loved the little things that were provided that most hosts would never think of . The location was also perfect for shopping and nightlife . We had some great evenings down on the Pasay seafront . Would definitely use again and recommend to freinds and family .

Staff and Location, very close to restaurants, bars and malls! Clean room, bed comfortable .We asked and they provided iron and extra fan in case the room gets too hot as summertime but the aircon was already good enough to cool down the room. The lady was very responsive to our queries and provided details immediately. We will consider booking again soon.

The apartment offered everything we needed and even an extra wish was granted to us for which we thank the staff very much! The washing machine was of great benefit and we were so happy to be able to wash our clothes. Ideas for further improvements: 1) a small shelf near the sink in the bathroom would have been useful; 2) pasting some fabric on the bottom sides of the legs of the chairs should prevent the horrible noise when sliding the chairs on the floor.

Joan waited for me even though it was already 10pm. The place was exceptional. It smells great and so clean. This place is wider than the usual units I had tried and will be my go-to-place from now on. I will definitely be back next year.

Good clean apartment, close to the airport, close to a bunch of food places and convenience stores. Very responsive and accommodating host - our flight got cancelled (moved forward) and we asked to extend the stay to which she re-shuffled her existing bookings to make sure we stay in the same room for one extra night, which was greatly appreciated!

Joel, and his team Patrick, Luke Kenneth, provided great service and seemed to take that extra bit of care to ensure all our luggage was secure and well managed. The pool staff, particularly the lifeguard did a great job ensuring the amenity of the area and safety of everyone in the pool. This was the second time within 3 weeks that we stayed here. having a major shopping mall across the road is very convenient. Happy to recommend this hotel

it’s located at the heart of makati and transportation are readily available anytime. The condo itself are superbly awesome and huge . The owner is very accommodating and the room is very neat and clean.
