Photos do not do it justice at all. Not only is the hotel gorgeous, but the people working at the resort make it beyond amazing. We decidedly to extend our stay for 2 days. Hubby and I came to Indonesia to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room was absolutely beautifully decorated. I was not expecting that at all. ❤️ Huge thank you for the decoration. We extended our stay twice because I really felt safe here and everyone was so sweet. Breakfast was great. If more variety of fruits can be added, it would be great! If you are gluten and lactose intolerant, Dwi is your person. She is amazing! We had dinner at Kliff and Sail. Kliff has an absolutely incredible view. It would be a sin to not go to the Kliff. I want to say a huge thank you to Tari and the check-in employees who worked on January 1st after 10.00 pm. I was scared for my life due to being horribly harassed by loads of male locals at the airport. There is a taxi mafia going on at the airport. I was trembling like a leaf. Tari and her co-workers were beyond sweet. Tari held me and calmed me down. The next day employees were asking me how I was doing. Words cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you from the earth to the moon. Shout out to Dwi. Dwi was hands-on in taking care of my gluten-free bread and pancake. She also was hands-on with the floating breakfast. So sweet! Again Tari was such an angel calming me down. Nena and the other girl with a bob cut at the front desk are sweethearts. Also huge shout out to the male employees receiving my husband and me when we arrived with the aggressive and scammer taxi driver.

We loved the overall atmosphere of the place. It was very relaxing and quiet. It’s a small establishment with 5 individual cottages. The first day we were there, only one other cottage was occupied. The place filled up over the weekend but it never felt crowded or busy. After a long morning of exploring we’d come back for a siesta by the pool. The pool was just we needed to cool down. Great staff that saw to our every need. The room had everything we needed—comfy bed, bedside tables with lamps so we could read in the evenings, cupboard to store our stuff, electric kettle, coffee and tea, a pitcher of water on the floating table, and a pitcher of chilled water in the fridge, A/C, hot water, natural light. You can rent a motorcycle from them, very reasonable daily rate. They can get you a driver and car as well. We got a driver from them who also arranged a snorkeling trip for us to all three Gili islands. It included a private boat and an excellent snorkeling guide.

We had a perfect stay. Room was the cleanest, neatest and most comfortable in all of Indonesia. The food was wonderful, the staff are exceptional (especially Made, Superman, Putu, Anis and Agung), poolside immaculate. It was like living in a dream. We wanted to extend our stay here but only the more expensive rooms were available and out of our budget. The food can be expensive, as they are in these top resorts, but there are some fantastic restaurants in 4 minute walking distance as well as a few mini-marts. Quick drive to Senggigi and when available the hotel driver will take you. The bonus was cookies and a bedtime story every night. May your hotel go from strength to strength.

We have visited Qunci Villas a few times now over the last 10 years and it is magnificent! Where ever you go in Lombok you’ll coming running back to be at Qunci because there is nothing better! And it’s not just me who says this- many of their expat guests visit regularly! The location, style, art work, gardens, staff, food and everything about it is the best! Actually I need to mention the food - it makes the stay even more fabulous -every meal was amazing and it was served by the most delightful staff. Qunci has it just right! Breakfast out facing the sea - so beautiful watching the turtles swim by and such a range of awesome things to eat! Dinner in the restaurant with the sea lit up! So good to see nothing has changed despite the years of hardship. The staff need a big congratulations -they were happy, friendly and they recognized us from our short stays which truly makes you feel valued as a guest! Thank you- many have worked there for years - the rooms are huge and well maintained- the grounds and pools exquisite and the whole Qunci formula is perfect. Check in was easy- communication easy! Airport transfers no problem. I love this place!

Everything. From the staffs, location, the facility, the room design and the services provided. The bed is comfortable, staffs are super friendly. We have our diner at the hotel and one of the dishes is not to our liking. The staff offered to replace the food with no cost or full refund. We really appreciate this.

Beautiful experience, we loved everything from the welcome massage and welcoming staff to the calibre of room and overall relaxing experience. We went at the start of the season in April and as a result had the place largely to ourselves. The breakfast food and selections were excellent and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in , would be back in a heart beat!!!

Resort is located on a beautiful cliff with access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable with direct access to the private pool. Cleanliness and hygiene is on the high level. Staff is to be commended for great customer service. Reception staff, Aisha, Mirna, Ozzie, Amel….. were very helpful, kind and polite. Restaurant staff, Arman,Bahtiar, just to name a few offered impressive service while serving amazing breakfast
