Best hotels deliver excellence, literally..in general, a GREAT hotel team! The staff, certainly make the difference: friendly and efficient. Also, the infra structure of a new hotel, and their 4 restaurants with quality meals. Even the pool restaurant for example, I tasted a delicious Cesar salad (better than the one I had in a Four Seasons Hotel) and breakfast buffet with fresh smooth juices, etc… The place is perfect for a family holiday trip. The room has a spacious4 doors wardrobe, a high cabinet and plus a storage cabinet under the luggage rack. comfortable bed. Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs, lots things to do for a day. The kids clubs was excellent and night entertainment was brilliant. Loved the swimming pools with sun bath. 2 heated pool for kids which is super need for April. Kids enjoy so much at this hotel. Half board is lots good choice food to eat. Highly recommend this hotel to all family come over palmanova. The location is easy to reach. And very safe arounding. 3 min walk to sanddy beach. Love it!
