Proximitat a l’aereoport. El personal es absolutament perfecte. La nostra estada era impossible de millorar. Sempre atents, menjar de qualitat, bons shows, seguretat del Resort, bona disponibilitat del personal per ajudar en tasques per les activitats fora de la seva tasca. Hem quedat maravellats. Tornaríem mil cops. La neteja de les habitacions perfecte, un hotel nou construït fa un any i mig. El tracte del personal era lo millor els felicitem. Les instal·lacions bars y restaurants temàtics perfectes. Vam passar els 3 primers dies sense voler sortir perquè ho teníem tot a mà. Realment impecable els hi dono 10/10

We enjoyed the room very much. Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

Mrs Massaouda is the greatest asset of this hotel. The hotel management is very lucky to have her among the hotel staff. If I would return to this hotel, it would be because of Mrs Massaouda professionalism. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was heated, and the beach was nice.

The entire property, including the rooms, common areas, and dining spaces, was immaculate. The housekeeping staff deserves special praise for their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the mesmerizing sea view. Waking up to the sight of the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea was truly a treat for the senses. Whether it was from my room or while lounging by the pool, the view was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's beachfront location allowed for easy access to the water, making it a paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts like myself. One aspect that sets the Albatross Hurghada Hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the receptionists to the restaurant servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. As a family traveler, safety is of utmost importance to me, and I was pleased to find that the Albatross Hurghada Hotel takes the safety of its guests, particularly children, seriously. The hotel provided a secure environment with vigilant lifeguards, ensuring that both children and adults could relax and enjoy their time without any worries. In terms of dining, the hotel's food was simply excellent. The variety and quality of the meals offered were impressive, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements.
