The location is excellent, the view was amazing, it's in a very quiet area, perfect for peace and relaxation. The apartment was very nice and clean, well equipped and very spacious. The view from the apartment was amazing, every morning we got to wake up facing the sea, beautiful blue everywhere. We were 4 people (2 couples) and stayed for a week. We got to enjoy the outdoor pool with the most amazing view and also went to Bolata Beach. The owner of the apartment was very sweet and nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, they even left us a welcome package and some fresh vegetables from their own garden, twice actually, which were very delicious. They cleaned the apartment and changed the sheets and towels during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for people who like to cook. It's very close to a lot of great places to visit (Bolata Beach, Cape Kaliakra, Balchik Palace). We all had a wonderful time and we will be returning for sure.

It was much better than I expected! It was awesome! Perfect location for people like me, for a family like mine! I was looking for silence! I needed a quiet place! And I enjoy IT! There, You can ENJOY THE SILENT! You can enjoy the sound of the wind! The place is located on the Black Sea side, but, above... You have acces to the shore! But, a long walk, from a higher ground. I didn't choose this location for access to the beach. Are a lot of places, a lot of beaches in a radius of 20 km around! Wonderful places! Wild, crowded, no crowded, popular or exclusivist beaches. July Morning Seaside Resort is the best location for a vacation, for families which want to have a quiet place to stay, but with a lot of opportunities to spend time around! Also, is a perfect location for families with small childrens! Safe, quaiet inner yard, the pool have a big enough part for small childrens (1 to 4 years old childrens)! Private parking! Safe! For me and my family the pool they have it was wonderful! The pool is placed in the perfect position! On the edge of the property to the seaside! Again, the location is on a higher ground above the sea! Perfect view of the Black Sea! We stayed in an apartment that also has a small kitchen. We wanted this. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It also has a washing machine. There is a clothes dryer in the balcony. The balcony is big! It also has a table with chairs. Everyday, the location is provinding cleaning room service. If is it necessary, the location is providing the change of the towels every day. The location is very close to Kavarna. In Kavarna You can find almost anything You want. From supermarkets to reastaurants! There are also two beaches in Kavarna, on the shore! Both of them with sand and affordable for small childrens! The location is extraordinary! The view from the Hill side villas is splendid. The apartment with seaside view ( apartment with 2 bedrooms) is very big, with 2 bathrooms with walk in shower and a large balcony with a magnificent view of Black sea. The apartment is well equipped with all that you need for a pleasant stay. The Hill Side Villas have 3 infinity pools (one was 30 metters away from our apartment), so you can relax near the place you stay. For restaurants, golf, beacheas and other activities you can take the car from the villas to downtown (reception area) is a 2 minutes drive, you can walk or you can take the shuttle provided by the resort. In the entire complex the parking is free in the designated areas. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options (including food prepapred in front of you by a chef). The Argata beach (there are 2 beaches in the resort Argata and Bendida) is accesible only with the shuttle provided by the resort or walking. You need reservation for sunbeds and umbrellas ( 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are 40 BGN/day - arround 20 euros). The beach has a bar and a restaurant where you can eat somenthing and drink what you want. The entrance in water is smooth (for the people with small children), the water is clean and is very quiet (no noises, no music). It is a real relaxing place. People from outside the resort are not allowed to get to the restaurants and to the beaches. You can ask to put all the bills on the room ( from restuarants, bars, beach), so you can pay at check out for all.

Everything was super fine, the staff,the location, the view, the pool ,Everything,no mosquitos in the night time :-) so,definitely I will back again soon.

Everything is well-maintained, like new, peaceful place with nice view, big apartment, super cool summer swing on the huge balcony (kids loved it so much) shaded by a nice tree... parking in front of the door
