A huge room with a fantastic view, robe, slippers, welcome fruit bowl, and Macrons. The evening buffet and breakfast were exceptional and not overly busy. Food from all over the world, nicely presented and replenished frequently. Very relaxed atmosphere and no rush to move you out. Lovely waiting staff, although the grill chef was a little grumpy. Pool areas were good, although very busy. Beach was small but quieter, and a nice touch giving free water and a cooler box. The reception area very impressive and was checked in by a very lovely Lucy, who I must say has an amazing memory. Girls handing out coffee and treats also very nice.

Everything was amazing. We were staying during Ramadan, the hotel and pool area was almost empty, it was very quiet. The breakfast was heavenly. The staff was always helpful and kind. The room was spacious, modern, clean with comfy large bed. Definitely comin' back!!

We spent a great week here at Al Maya Resort with the family. It’s a hidden gym of a holiday location. We had the three bedroom villa. Beautiful private beaches, well designed vintage interior, quiet atmosphere, magnificent weather, and great service by the staff (under the supervision of the very nice Mr. Ahmad).

This place is just beautiful beyond words. Stunning pool with cabanas and a swim up bar - beautifully styled public areas Breakfast is superb and plentiful Staff go the extra mile - for example Saifullah discovered on our first morning that I like Chai so he prepared different ones for me both mornings after that and presented us with a special thank you platter on our last morning. The Italian restaurant is excellent and you get to feed the horses from the nearby stables who come to graze in the evenings. All the staff here were wonderful too. The rooftop bar/restaurant serves great cocktails and tasty Moroccan food. There is a 24h gym and we enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities including the snow cave, very useful when it’s 41C outside! We were here to relax and that’s exactly what we did but there are plenty of activities available for those with the inclination and the cash! Will always remember our stay here, it was pretty much perfect.

It is an amazing place with high quality stay .. all inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner, all drinks, laundry also) .. this is so amazing and worth the money and more. Definitely I will come again. Thank you so much Rixos for giving such an amazing experience.

We loved everything about the Hilton. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. The staff is friendly and very polite.The food was amazing ( breakfeast outstanding Buffet, everything you desire). Location was good. We loved having the shuttle bus to the attracrions. Our kids loved the pool area. We will definitely return.
