The stay at this hotel was beyond expectations, perfect location, excellent cleanliness, and exceptional service. Staff at the reception was very helpful. At the restaurant, service was perfect, breakfast abundant and delicious.

Everything about the hotel was perfect!! The reception staff were very welcoming. They showed me the best places to visit in Pristina. The room was very clean. The breakfast was perfect and the waitresses were very kind. I'll be back soon.

I travelled with my husband and we are very impressive with the staff and hotel facilites. The hotel is in center of the city. The staff was very kind to us and very helpfull, good service. The hotel is value for the money, excellent location, rooms are beautiful, cleaned daily, and plenty of restaurants/coffee and bars nearby hotel. Highly recommend to everyone.
