Do your self a favour, book this place for 4 nights and Thank me later.if you are going as a couple and travelling to Ninh Binh this is the place to go. The whole area of hang mua eco garden has an air of tranquility where everything slows down and is peaceful. However it is a quick journey to where all the action is if you want to still see the busy tourist spots but also would like to be nestled away from it all. Booking.com for some reason gives this place a rating of 3 stars which is laughable as this place is better than any 5 star hotel I have been to. Firstly the family that run this Homestay are not only providing an exceptional service of looking after you, they are also 2 of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to meet. Ngoan and her husband made me feel like I was apart of their family which was something that I have never experienced when staying at any other place I have booked on booking.com.Also he is a chef and his food is gorgeous, so much so that me and my girlfriend never actually left the resort to eat, we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Sweet and sour chicken was unreal. Secondly the rooms which look onto the lake with the mountains in the background are absolutely stunning and for that price and in fact above that price, you will find nothing better. The location is right in the middle of the 2 main attractions in ninh binh (Mua cave to the right and Trang an boat tour to the left) which only take a 10-15 minute bicycle ride in each direction to get there. The bikes are provided free by the homestay and are in new condition as of this review. Side note:Make sure to give mew mew the cat some of your food. He was a stray cat that decided not to leave. I would not blame him I didn’t want to leave either.

Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly. Location - Very good! The resort is surrounded by mountains and is in the middle of the most visited sites, so they can be easily reached even by bicycle or motorcycle. At the resort you can use bicycles for free or rent a scooter. Very nice staff, the food is very tasty! laundry services are also available! We highly recommend staying here!

Preciosa i tranquila la zona de Ninh Binh-Tam Coc, clima perfecte, es un dels llocs mes bonics de Vietnam. Moure's en bicicleta fins a la Pagoda del Drag i Mua cave, anar amb la barca a aprop de Anna Than, i menjar a casa seva ha sigut genial i immillorable! Vigilar perquè el Google maps no situa be l'hotel esta a 2km del centre turístic Tam Coc!!

Ninh Binh és únicament un lloc de pas per poder visitar Tam Coc i altres llocs d'interès del voltant. Si no tens transport propi (moto de lloguer, per exemple) hauràs d'estar sempre depenent de taxis o busos, ja que la ciutat no té res! Possibilitat de moure't en bici, tot i que si anau en ple estiu la calor és sufocant!

El crucero por Tam Coc es poco aconsejable: la travesía es corta y las remeras piden propina continuamente y se enfadan si la propina recibida no es de su agrado. Solo se pasan por 3 cuevas y el paisaje tipico de postales no se ve (almenos en verano) El crucero por Trang An és MUY recomendable: la travesía dura casi 4 h se pasan por 9 cuevas y varios templos. Las remeras muy amables. La ciudad de Ninh Binh no tiene nada interesante

This is a superb complex, presumably built to give local people access to bucolic luxury. There is everything you want/need. The staff are very helpful, especially Miss Yen in the dining room. It's a pleasant walk to the National Park and the wildlife rescue centre.

Everything! This is perfection in a resort! From the moment we arrived we knew we had landed in heaven! Every member of staff is welcoming, go the extra mile, are friendly, you feel like you’re at home! The surroundings/landscaping is divine with nature on your doorstep! Our mountain verandah was extremely well equipped and comfortable, the good night story and chocolate perfected the end of the day. All trips and spa treatments were well organised and great experiences! The food was the best! I love breakfast and this was the best! The egg coffee was the best we had across Vietnam. The cocktails…oh my! Try the Pho cocktail! We didn’t want to leave at all and if they weren’t fully booked, we would have altered our plans to stay another week! We will return in a heartbeat!

El millor la ubicació, i al contrari del que havíem llegit, no vam trobar tant volum de turistes que ens molestés. Tot i l’equipament ser vell, el restaurant i la piscina estan molt bé. El servei de recepció molt bé i eficient, vam rentar la roba i vam poder llogar moto a l’entrada del recinte. També ens van gestionar desplaçaments amb taxi quan ho vam necessitar.

The property is beautiful, clean, tidy, quiet and perfectly located in Tam Coc. We had such a wonderful time that we ended up extending. The breakfast was super tasty, best omelette I’ve had all trip and we travelled to a few 5star resorts along the way that didn’t know how to provide a 5 star breakfast! Highly recommend Tam Coc Bungalow on the river.
