The owner, Van, his wife and the staff were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Van stands out for his genuine effort to help tourists save money on tours/taxis etc, a rarity in the industry. He is really helpful and able to communicate well in many languages: English, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese. Surprisingly, the hotel allows guests to use the kitchen facilities, and the staff can even cook delicious meals for a small additional fee. The nearby local market provides exceptional fresh seafood at local prices, enhancing the overall culinary experience as well as cultural experience. The hotel's beachfront location is a standout feature, with a beautiful terrace offering stunning ocean views, the beach is literally just a step away. The rooms were a highlight of the stay— newly built, clean, well-designed, and incredibly cozy. Having visited Phu Quoc Island four times, I can confidently say that this hotel is among the best I've experienced for the money. Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay in this beautiful destination.

They have rooftop swimming pool couple streets away, it is still being built and a little under developed(March 2024), but great views from 16th floor, nice water temperature. I liked everything about this place, you won't regret it.

The room, especially the beds, were of extremely high quality and everything is completely new. We have never slept so well in our entire lives. The TV with Netflix and YouTube was brilliant on rainy days. Also the Wi-Fi was extremely fast. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
