The staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms and common areas were clean and inviting with an area for sitting in front of a fireplace, very welcoming. dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

The extra touches like a cookie jar, pot noodles in case of a culinary emergency (not all the eateries are open every day), a wide variety of hot drinks available, hand lotion in the bathroom .... the list goes on.
