Located in Taibao, 6.9 km from Ping Huang Coffee World, Evergreen Palace Hotel Chiayi provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. I felt really taken care of! The staff was great and the room thoughtfully designed and well-equipped. Highly recommend.

Alishan Hotel is located in Alishan. Alishan Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Alishan Railway Station. Chiayi Railway Station can be reached in 2.5 hours. It is probably the best hotel right inside the park. Some may think the hotel is dated, but there is a lot of history in the building. It’s not an inexpensive stay, but it’s worth it just to be next to all the trails. The rooms are spacious and great for families. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food is fresh and amazing; mostly Chinese food with some western options. The service is exceptional and attentive. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and is very convenient.

Very communicative and perfect English. Moreover, she did show us the best restaurant in the area where we could try nice dishes. Nice, spacious and clean room with comfy beds. Great atmosphere. Perfect location.

Hotell Indigo Alishan, IHG Hotel asub Fanlus. Kohapeal on välibassein, spordikeskus, aed ja baar. Selles viietärnihotellis on toateenindus ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt. The rooftop swimming pool and bar had a nice view and heated water. The staff were helpful and recommended a great local restaurant nearby. The bath had tea instead of salt to put in the water, interesting touch.

Located in Alishan Forest Recreation Area, Alishan Shermuh Tourist Hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Guanri Railway Station, where guests can take the signature Alishan forest train to explore... Hotel is relatively a walking distance to the train station and shops. Room is extremely comfy especially the beds and the staff is very helpful in explaining in details of the point of interest and whereabout on location.

Dafong Hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Alishan Railway Station, where restaurants serving traditional Taiwanese delights reside. It also offers free WiFi access and private parking. We got the larger room which was a very comfortable size. Amenities were upgraded, and the electric blanket was a nice touch!
