I loved the location of the Hotel which was very close to the Palace and the beautiful city center and Palas Mall which helped me with the shopping. The staff were very courteous and they also helped with whatever was required.

Our room was large and comfortable. Very central. We arrived in the middle of the night and the reception was open. Good breakfast. Just to mention that there was no kettle or coffee in the room.

We got the Deluxe Studio and it was perfect. The room was giant, both the bed and the sofa were comfortable. The room was clean, everything is new, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.
