The online application was pretty cool, you were able to adjust the "do not disturb" or "clean the room" options from there. Nice coffee machine and comfy bed. Shower pressure was strong and the temperature nice and hot. The area was quiet and there were quite a few shops & parks within walking distance and some further restaurants. All staff members we have encountered were really nice. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and fresh; waiting staff was attentive. I've seen lots of comments about noise and all, but the hotel does not say anywhere it's soundproof; therefore, in those cases I bring earbuds with me and problem solved! The AC system worked, but it did come on and off randomly, yet I believe it may have to do with adjusting the temperature of the room. For us the room was always at a good temperature. The electricity would cut off every few hours, yet I believe it has to do with energy savings in case you leave the lights on when you leave the room. You just need to open the door and it comes back up. There was plenty of parking, but I would say on busier months you may have to park on the street. I like the simpleness of the décor and vibrant colour add on, but that's my cup of tea!

I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which contributed to my overall comfort during my stay. The welcome I received upon arrival was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Vlad, were extremely warm and welcoming. Vlad showed great attention to ensure that my check-in went smoothly and provided me with all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was very positive, thanks to its ideal location, clean and spacious rooms, and exceptional front desk staff like Vlad. Ruime kamer op stevige wandelafstand van het centrum van het Cluj-Napoca (lekker eten, drinken en winkels). Ontbijt is ok. Het leven is er relatief gezien niet duur. Met een huurstep gaat de verplaatsing sneller, al zijn de opritten naar de verhoogde trottoirs niet overal aanwezig. Een strijkijzer is standaard niet aanwezig, maar werd op eenvoudig verzoek aangeleverd. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het verkeer in Cluj is zeer druk maar een taxi vanaf de locatie tot het centrum is slechts 3 euro !

Keukenapparatuur is compleet en werkt. Slaapkamer in de kelder is een groot pluspunt, de "herrie" van het nachtleven in Cluj is hierdoor amper te horen. Verder is de aanwezigheid van twee badkamers ideaal!

Hotel is gelegen op een heuvel. Om in het centrum van Cluj te komen moet je een flink aantal trappen naar beneden (en weer terug) bewandelen. Vanaf het treinstation is een taxi aan te raden, anders is het een flinke wandel de heuvel op. Kamer was goed met een klein balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ontbijt was goed.
