L'hotel està en un lloc molt tranquil, i en una situació fantàstica, a 50 metres del mar. Adormir-te només sentint el mar no té preu. Les instal·lacions són més que correctes, tot en molt bones condicions i molt net. Hi ha bons restaurants a prop i, a més, està en una bona situació per descobrir l'illa de Sao Miguel, perquè Lagoa és bastant cèntric dins de l'illa.

The pools and the rooms are wonderful. The way they great you when you first arrive is awesome. Love the free hats ! There are restaurants you can walk to and the location is so tranquil. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

Perfect! Super friendly staff, from the reception to the restaurant, everyone was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. A lot of attention to details: small details that really made a difference , like cookies delivered on our door or a scented candle before night time. We were positively surprised and felt super comfortable! The breakfast was very good, good variety, buffet + a la carte menu very good ! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy to park, location was also very good. Super calm and zero noise at night, which is great.

SENSI Azores Nature and SPA features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Ginetes. It is an absolutely magical place. Incredibly paceful, so cozy and beautiful. The views are out of this world, even if the weather is not that good. But above all we were extremely surprised by the staff. The staff has been unlike anything we've ever seen. Thank you again for such an amazing time.

An excellent, varied breakfast and two best dinners we tried on the island. We ate the best cheesecake ever. Big praise for the chef. Reasonsble dinner prices even cheaper then in other restaurants on the iceland. Extremely friendly staff. The only small complaint is the narrow street that you have to take back to the facility after dinner, but that can also be avoided by having dinner in their restaurant. You will not be sorry.
