Perfect rooms (I always ask for high floors and they always give it to me) and good breakfast at the top floor. Staff is very friendly for a hotel of this size. Besides location is perfect within Miraflores closed to many restaurants and Parque Kennedy.

Situated conveniently in the Miraflores district of Lima, Blu Hotel Boutique is set 1.4 km from Playa Redondo, 1.7 km from Waikiki Beach and 1.8 km from Playa Makaha. My family and I stayed at this little boutique hotel both before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. We arrived before the designated check-in time (2pm) for both stays, and on both occasions they let us check in early without charge, which was much appreciated after long hours of traveling! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and it's evident that they take pride in their hotel and their work. The showers are a bit cramped, but the water pressure was good and the water was hot. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable - my #1 requirement in a hotel. The breakfast was simple but thoughtfully prepared, i.e., eggs to order and espresso drinks plus juice, fruit, and toast. For the price, in this neighborhood, and given the warmth of the staff, you really can't find a better option than Blu Hotel.

The location is wonderful with many restaurants nearby as well as a money exchange directly across from the hotel. The Kennedy Park is walking distance as well as the lookout/ boardwalk.
