The host was very welcoming and helpful, everything was up to our expectations and we had a really good time. The appartment was clean, modern og had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also, the location could not have been better with ski in/ski out to Norefjell Alpinsenter. All together, perfect stay and we will definitely come back!

Located in the Norefjell Ski Resort, this property offers convenient ski-in ski-out accommodation and panoramic views of Lake Noresund and large parts of eastern Norway. Guests enjoy free sauna... Spent two days recently in this amazing place. View is spectacular as is the room and food. The staff made us very welcome and when we arrived the room wasn't ready but we sat in the sunshine with drinks on the house. The room is very well appointed with lovely bed and private sauna but its very very dark :-). (Maybe some stronger lightbulbs hahahah). The highlight of the weekend was the food. Janis (the chef) did a fantastic job creating two seven course menus (they say they're five but there was a couple of surprises in there). The food was varied, local and exciting each course complimenting the last. Some strong flavours but very enjoyable. This man is an artist. Breakfast too was amazing. Not the usual tired buffet but presented individually with great selection and choice. My suggestions are a better Ginger beer (maybe Tiptree or Fentimans) and a little something sweet with coffee after the meal. However I'm nitpicking. If you stay anywhere in this area it has to be here. Can't praise them enough.

Sophie is the most wonderful host, and her house is above and beyond ant expectation i had. Sophie cooked is an amasing breakfast and treated us like royals. The place is decorated just like it should be, and the view in the morning is breathtaking. Will visit again.

Este quarto oferece vista do jardim e da montanha. « O SoFly Cottage », le charme pur está situado em Noresund, a 41 km da Vikersund Ski Flying Arena e a 50 km de Blaafarveværket. Lovely little cabin, beautifully furnished. Sophie was so helpful and hospitable, leaving the cabin open and warm for a late arrival and even providing provisions for supper and breakfast. We spent a very cosy night in the cabin and it was the perfect stop off on the way up to Hemsedal. I’d highly recommend it and the main cabin also looks beautiful.
