Sejour Mint is exceptional in terms of hospitality, the team was always ready to lend a hand. They took feedback seriously and ensure that my family needs were taken care of. Its really walking distance from HakubaGoryu, and they have a huge DryRoom. My next Hakuaba stay will definately be there again.

Best location if wanting to ski Happo One. Great set up with a large drying room for all of your gear. We had a wonderful time, Bernd and the Marillen team were super helpful. Generous room size and great breakfast daily with views of the mountain.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, Hakuba Alpine Hotel features simple rooms and outdoor hot spring baths. It is just a 5-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. This hotel is much better than the photos shown in booking.com, especially the onsen, the photos shown in booking.com needed to be updated, to show the nice and clean onsen. The dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel, is the best Japanese meals my family ever had, It's very delicious and fresh, we enjoyed and finished everything in our plates. The onsen is not big but very nice, it has 2 onsen - one outdoor and one indoor, both are very warm and fantastic feel, especially after ski.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ski Inn Hakuba Boutique Hotel with a group of five. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel's warm and inviting ambiance, accentuated by its elegant and homely decor, immediately made us feel welcomed. One of the standout features of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's location right beside the ski slopes, offering unbeatable convenience for our skiing adventures. The culinary delights, particularly the dinners showcasing local cuisine, were a true gastronomic treat, immersing us in the area's rich flavors. What impressed us most, however, was the staff's exceptional hospitality. Their attentiveness and dedication to our comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. For anyone seeking a delightful stay in Hakuba Tsugaike Kogen, complete with easy access to ski slopes and a taste of local cuisine, I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

Located in Otari and with Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area reachable within 2.3 km, 椛 Momiji features ski-to-door access, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.
