The receptionist was very accomodating when I came early. She gave me a bus ticket good for 7 days even tho I will be staying only for 2 days. I left my luggage at the reception and went to Seceda. After the hike, I checked in and got my room. Room was clean and comfy. The view outside at night was lovely. After my 9 hours sleep, I took my buffet breakfast and it was so delicious. I left my Jacket in the cabinet and Claudia message me about it. Too bad I read it late and I was on the train on my way to Milan already. I just informed her that she can give it to someone on need instead.

We were impressed by the exceptional hospitality of Alexandra and Manuel, who made us feel like guests in their own home. The rooms are cosy and well-equipped, and the property offers the convenience of a spacious ski room, onsite parking, and easy access to ski lifts and public transport. The breakfast was delicious, featuring high-quality, locally-sourced products, and the natural wine bar had an excellent selection. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Featuring a garden, Garni Halali in Ortisei is located 2 km from St. Ulrich - Seiser Alm. Popular points of interest nearby include Ortisei - Furnes 1736m and St. Ulrich-Raschotz. Garni Halali has a very nice owner - even thought I had a bit of language barrier, owner lady was always there to help and share words of advise. Guest house offers very good breakfast - all was very fresh (eg. warm bread - variety of choices, pastry) and all fully covering my nutritional needs :-). Guest house, even though located 1,7 km from Ortisei center, is located next to bus stop (free tickets for whole week I received from owner), so it was not a problem to get to center and to ski slopes. There is very good connection to other Val Gardena places - eg. St. Christina, Selva. Garni Halali itself is a very clean and very quiet place. I spent really nice ski week there and definitely would like to come back. Thank you!
