The rooms have A/C, the WiFi connection is strong in the common area as well as in the rooms (they installed repeaters recently). You can go snorkeling in the healthy house reef, watch the sunset from their jetty and look at the stars. The vegan and vegetarian food options are really good, especially the Tempeh. It’s been one of my favorite places so far and I can highly recommend it.

The property is very thoughtfully designed and maintained. For instance, there are freshwater showers outside the water bungalows and spaced out slats in the jetty for the water to drain immediately. The linen and towels were very clean and smelled very fresh. The bread was freshly baked by the owner every morning. The coral life at the jetty is amazing and we could snorkel endlessly.

Nastanitev Amfriwen Homestay se nahaja ob morju v mestu Yennanas Besir in ponuja vrt ter teraso. Gostišče nudi zasebno plažo. We enjoyed our stay at Amfriwen. The bungalow was clean, had a fan, a mosquito net and a little shelf space. The veranda and the view were amazing. The bathroom was outside and for us one of the better facilities during our stay in Raja ampat. The food was very simple but always enough. We enjoyed our stay and say thank you to the lovely family.

Nastanitev GAM BAY bungalow's se nahaja ob morju v mestu Besir in ponuja zasebno plažo. Nastanitev se ponaša s 24-urno recepcijo, na voljo pa sta tudi restavracija in terasa. Aron’s bay is beautiful. It is remote and full of life. I laid in the hammock all afternoon and watched the fish and birds all around me. Linda who helps Aron run the place always has a smile and cooks great food. The bathrooms are what you would expect around here, dip Mandi and dip toilet. Not my favorite, but normal for the area. The bungalows are well built, but I run hot and I did find that I wish I had a battery operated fan. Aron took me on a snorkel tour to Arborek island. I saw so many fish! He is a great guide, we had a lot of fun.

We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.
