El Cassia Bintan se encuentra en Lagoi, a 44 km de Desaru, y ofrece un alojamiento acogedor y de colores vivos. Probably too much to mention but everything was simply fantastic. It was an amazing stay for us in the idyllic place. The room was super clean, the food was delicious in both restaurants of the hotel we were in, the staff of the hotel are unbelievable, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. They make this place really fantastic and they do a wonderful job. When we saw the beach we were just « speechless ». This is really an idyllic spot. Be sure to have enough place on your mobile phone for pictures. We saw beautiful birds of all colors and even monkeys in the trees. We truly enjoyed our stay and will for sure come back. We were on holiday in Singapour with a 3 nights hop over here in Bintan Cassia. I definitely recommend this place….

We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.
