The Hotel San Giorgio is a charming, small and family-run hotel on the island of Vis, 60 km off the Dalmatian coast, and can be found in the historical centre of the city of Vis. The hotel had charm, history and was purely gorgeous. The owners were always present, hosting you and making sure you were happy at all times. Their restaurant is absolutely delicious and beautiful and should soon deserve it's Michelin star. It was a wonderful stay! The owners recommended places to visit that were off the beaten path, which was lovely.

We arrived 36 hours later, and had a fantastic welcome from Lulu, who showed us around the building, explained everything we needed to know, and advised on best restaurants and beaches. Rooms are chic and stylish, with a sympathy charm. The place feels perfectly bohemian, whilst offering great cleanliness and a strong eye for detail. Breakfast was perfect, offering great coffee, seasonal fruit and pastries. The free hotel bicycle use gave material for some beautiful memories, in a stunning location. I could not recommend this place enough.

Our host Kristina was so thorough in offering a lovingly curated plethora of options to explore while visiting this beautiful island.

The apartment was quaint and filled with charm. It was decorated in a most appealing way. The bathroom was renovated in a modern way. The best thing was the amazing view overlooking the sea. Would definitely return.

The owner was the sweetest local woman. She gave me beer and grapes as a welcome gift, then invited me to try her home-made alcohol and gave me a small bottle of my favourite. The location with the balcony looking out on the beach was great to wake up to and for sunset.
