They went over and beyond to ensure we had transportation to and from all our requested destinations ensuring we had a pleasant and satisfying experience and addressed any concerns we may have had. Tigist, Tsion and other staff exceeded exceptional customer service with a commitment to professionalism and courteousness making our stay very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly centralized in the city, providing easy access to malls, and restaurants, and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed our expectations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable making us feel right at home. We will definitely return and recommend this experience that definitely surpassed our expectations.
