A lot of greens, places to sit outside, everything well maintained. Staff is very helpful and polite! Everyone is just trying to make your stay like a home. And yes, we really felt sad when it was a time for checking out! We went in August - so it was a low season and we enjoyed the quiet peaceful atmosphere. The location is just in the middle of the village with access to almost everything. It is not a problem to get to any remote place with a tuk-tuk. BTW you can get some nice ceramic pieces (I mean the pottery has their own style) if you ask for Selim shop. Everyone knows it, you can get there by walk (7 mins) or by tuk-tuk. I definitely would love to come there again in season to go on boat, to go for birdwatching and horse riding.

Aia ja terrassiga Kamariat Tunis Bay asub Kafr 'Amris. Kohapeal on restoran, kus pakutakse Lähis-Ida kööki. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla. I was hesitating regarding the previous guest comments but staying at Kamariat exceeded my expectations. I don't understand how anyone could bad-rank this charming and authentic place. For your information it was the first one build on the coast in the 80s, all the other commercials resorts (and cheap IHMO) are copy of this one. I'm sad for those who bad-rank this place, it means a lot about their way of living... Yes, it is not a 5 stars palace like in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (and thanks god it is not !!!). For those who likes this kind of standards, please go there and stay away from the Tunis Bay. Kamariat is authentic, staff is more than gentle. I had a great time talking with Tarek who had very cleaver points of views. My comment is the voice of those who like living, traveling, like nature, like culture and like people. Don't listen to other comments, it is just noise. The staff can organize for you trip to different places like Wadi Hitan or Wadi El Rayan. I did it in one day. I stay there also for diner, and it was also excellent... If you are a hipster, trendy cool guy citizen of the world, this place for you. If you are a third-world-new-rich, stay in Dubai, thanks.
