Located on the Galapagos Islands, Galapagos Bed & Breakfast house is in Puerto Ayora. It is a 5-minute walk from the waterfront and offers rooms with a private balcony and hammock. We arrived 3 hours before the check-in time and I had injured my knee and had great difficulty walking. This was not a problem for Joseline who not only re-organized a ground floor room for us but also contacted a local medical center who were able to supply crutches. We could not have asked for any better support. Thank you Joseline.

The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.
