Room had a hot shower and a kettle with tea and coffee, also personal terraced area. Free airport shuttle services was very efficient (for our early morning flight). There was a tostao (coffee house) and nice local, reasonably priced restaurant in walking distance. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Location is in a really quiet residential neighbourhood but close walking distance to restaurants/bars, despite the quiet streets, felt very safe to walk out and about. Also close walking distance to Poblado Metro station. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The hotel and the room so well presented and comfortable - best pressure shower that we've had in a long time! Breakfast was really good too.
