The location is very close to bus stops from either Guilin West or North train stations. It is also within walking distance to a few major sites. Some buses also stop close to the sites, for $2 Chinese Yuan per person, it is a very good deal. Need to have exact change for the bus ride. Some older bus do not have the means for electronic payment. We stayed in two different rooms, River view with tatami and deluxe family room. Both were very good rooms, excellent water pressure and rain shower was a delight! The room facing the River was a bit noisy during early evening but was not a problem later in the night, when all activities in the nearby park finished and participants dispersed. The deluxe family room, which was facing the inner alley, was very quiet. We did not have breakfast included with the room, but nearby are eateries and a very good bakery. A supermarket is also nearby. We also appreciate the excellent and thorough information provided by the hotel regarding how to get to the hotel from whatever mode of transportation one is taking.

The views of our room was amazing..the size of the room was comfortable.the staff was very nice & helpful they brought our luggages to the room and helped us with everything we asked. He helped me to arrange everything during my 2 days in Yangshou, including taxi arrangement and he also brought me personally with his carfor free, to take the bus to go to Guilin airport. He speaks very well English and he is very kind and smart.
