Location is perfect for Banff town shops and restaurants, and getting to the ski resorts of Norquay and Sunshine Village. Hotel is good, though rooms are not very spacious, particularly the King doubles.

Well appointed, clean and comfortable rooms in a lovely setting. Lots of car parking space and easy travel into town with the hotel providing complimentary bus passes.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very well located, close to Banff town and right at the exit of the main highway. The staff is very friendly and even gave me an upgrade, The room was very spacious, comfortable beds, and with a balcony with beautiful views of Banff mountains. The hotel is perfect to relax and to be used as base to explore Banff National Park and the surroundings.

The front desk associates were so kind and accommodating. We asked to be able to check in early as we had plans starting earlier, they made sure it happened.

Staff was very helpful, very friendly. The location was perfect, just across the street from a lovely walking trail and minutes from anything needed downtown. I really appreciate it in credits to apply to food. Also appreciated ability to use the facilities at the sister Hotel. It’s a bit dated but clean, with hardworking housekeeping staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even brought some heaters for us as it was really cold that period. It was fun building our own fire at the fireplace.

The View was great, being able to see the mountains when you wake up was a nice treat and having a coffee shop right on the next block was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Lady that helped us check in came after hours to replaced our key as we locked ourselves out of the room.

The room was large and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a chair other than the table chairs. The location was fine.

The resort is placed with nature around. We went out by dust to look for the wild life. Didn't see any, but then we took the car to town and saw 2 elks just in front of a house🤣🤣. That was funny. The rooms are huge and so are the beds. So comfy. I enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in the morning before breakfast. The food is very nice aswell. The staff are so lovely and helpfull. Such a good atmosphere at that resort. Would highly recommend it, and I will be back for sure.

The cabins are very cute, comfy and super clean. The location is great to reconnect with nature and explore the national park. Super friendly and helpful staff, Charline and Steven were amazing!
