Really good value for money, it was super clean, beds were comfortable, good location, close enough to hikes and restaurants (300-500metre walk). Don't have to deal with reception as it's a private apartment. Also really easy to communicate with owners in English. Thank you!

It's a family run business and they were very polite, the young staff member spoke perfect English, food for dinner and breakfast was homemade and delicious, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, shower had a curtain which was helpful in the Bulgarian style showers,it was all clean and the location is superb,2 minutes car ride from rila monastery and the landscape and surrounds are calm, green and beautiful

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Great stay, only 2min walk from gondola!! Definitely value for money. We were surprised with the variety in breakfast and dinner. They even saved food for us since we arrived late. The spa was nice as well.
