If you are wondering if you should stay here - JUST DO IT! I had the pleasure to spend a week at this hotel and let me say this is not your typical hotel…nor your typical Doubletree…this is better. This Doubletree in Plovdiv Center is virtually brand new, only 3 months since it opened - and in pristine condition. The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds, awesome duvets and pillows. Black out drapes as well as sheer curtains. Trust me, close to impossible to wake up in the morning, you will want to stay in bed all day! 😉😊 Rooms have a desk, mini refrigerator, and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Large plush bath towels. Amazing shower pressure/hot water. The rooms are super quiet, and well thought out with the various lighting options. There is an amazing fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and 24/7 access, I have never seen a hotel with a fitness center like this! There is a restaurant and a bar on site. There is also a huge breakfast buffet that even has a huge real honeycomb to sweeten your tea!. Oh and how could I forget the famous doubletree cookies! 😋 The best part of this hotel is the staff. I want to acknowledge the friendly, dedicated, helpful staff that went above and beyond to make my stay amazing: Arda, Hristo, Garo, Petar, Kostadin, Bayazid, Marianna, Radoslava, Tina.
