The mineral water pools and spa are are perfect. Rooms are clean, meals are very generous and service is on high level. Treatments in the medical center are profesional and on a high level. Staff is very good.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Everything was perfect! The best hotel in bansko! Beautiful serroundings, big and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, and a wonderful helpful staff.

Seven Springs Hotel has a restaurant, two outdoor mineral water pools heated all year long, a garden and terrace in Banya. The hotel features family rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Great hotel overall. Excellent restaurant: the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The service is outstanding: Krasi - the head waiter - made our dining experience unforgettable with his caring attitude with attention to detail, constant but unintrusive presence and great humor within the boundaries of good taste. We arrived late on the first day of our stay and asked to have our dinner served in the room. 15 minutes later we had a 4-course top-quality dinner menu served in our suite personally by Krasi and his apprentice. Great facilities for kids. We are definitely coming back next year and for longer.

The location is stunning and the hosts are more than welcoming. The food was exceptional and you could tell that it was made with love. I wish more people would discover and visit the place.
