Staff is always courteous and very helpful. We were given a room nearer the lift landing as requested. The room was a tad small and dated, (but we like colonial!) but clean and cosy, and sufficed for our stay as we were mostly out and about Singapore. We had a nice overall experience and will certainly return to this hotel on our next visit.

Surrounding area in airport has all you could want while waiting for next days flight.. Hotel has renovations since last stay., foyer area , new restaurant , did not try but looks better use of area than before. Room very comfortable, love the bed especially after a long flight.

As a frequent traveler to Singapore it was truly worth the try. Staff were amazing. Hotel is amazing and incredibly convenient for me. I did not get a chance to attend the free flow drinks but will definitely do this next time. The room was a great size and really comfortable. All in all a great experince.

The room was exactly as seen on booking.com and was very comfortable. The facilities were great and the location was right next to the Kampong Glam area of Singapore which offers a fantastic variety of eateries and bars in a chilled out setting. There were some renovations going on on the ground floor, but if you're out during the day, it does not interfere with your stay. Rooms are a good size and clean. The shower bay is not separated from the toilet (no shower curtain), but that did not bother me. Staff were fantastic throughout my stay and would highly recommend staying here next time you're in Singapore.

Therefore I almost always took the bus and could see the city on the rides. The bus ride takes about 20 min to the center and in max 45min I could reach all the destinations in Singapore. The hostel had everything I needed.TimSwitzerland
