Super clean and very well equipped. Very close to main old town attractions, 15-20 minutes by walk. We came here to see a concert at Verona Arena and it took us only 20 minutes to get there by walk. Matteo is a very nice guy, when we arrived, he gave us a map of old town with some tips about main places to visit, and he even gave us a parking ticket and we could have left our car under our windows for 2 days.
