Located in the centre of Taichung, Modern Inn is situated less than 1 km from Taichung Railway Station and 3.2 km from National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Great location near Taichung Station. The staff didn’t speak much English but were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and stylish. The 9th floor lobby/bar looked nice, though we didn’t sit there. Overall good value for money!

I got the room last minute for half price, a price of a bed in a dorm. The building looks brand new, all the facilities are in great condition, everything is super clean and smells fresh. Very pleasant stay. Easy check-in after hours, you just need to pay by bank transfer in advance to get the codes to get in. Easy to find, just 15 minutes walk from the train station. Nice toiletries including disposable slippers

Well located in the centre of Taichung, CHECK inn Taichung Zhongshan is within 600 metres of Taichung Railway Station and 2.5 km of National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Nice value and hotel. Walking distance or 5 minute taxi to train station. Good Asian and Western breakfast offering. Staff nice, but limited English. It was not a problem. Recommended for your visit to Taichung.
