We loved our stay here! It was off the beaten track, clean and tidy too. Looks to be renovated so super modern. The room was spacious with everything you need. Little bit of noise at night but ear plugs were provided. Close to Lucerne and walking tracks.

The breakfast was very good and they had lots of gluten free options too! You could use the breakfast room to eat your dinner as it had a microwave to warm things up in. Tea/coffee/water were available too.

It is so much more comfortable and hygienic than walking in you shoes or socks in the room. It is standard in Asian hotels, hopefully it will catch up in Europe. The location is great. Train station, old town and ferry piers are all in walking distance. Less than 5 minutes by foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a sweet room and the maid organized our stuff every morning. She did a great job. It was at the beginning of the hauptstr shopping area.
