You'll be centrally located in one of Palm Springs's best-preserved mid-century neighborhoods. The 1,584-square-foot home has an open floor plan with a wall of south-facing windows lining the entire living room with views of the enclosed backyard and pool with spa (both can be heated for a fee). The living room features a sectional and chairs, a smart TV, and a gorgeous dining table. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction stove, and a breakfast bar with seating. The home has a bonus living room off the main living area, formally the original carport. The bonus room gives you approximately 300 additional square feet of living space, making this home a ''livable'' Alexander. This space also features comfortable furniture, a smart TV, one of three desks in the home, a printer, a Wii, a PacMan stand arcade game, and many board games and puzzles for kids and adults.
